Poly Ai had matured from cool tech to a brand that understands enterprise-level problems and delivers actual business results. The uncertainty of AI causes organizations to rethink their partnerships. Poly Ai's identity didn't reassure these titan accounts and help them feel confident in their collaboration.
The Strategy
In a crowded category where all competitors claim to be “voice first,” we took this a step further. Drawing from deep stories of the founder’s journey as an immigrant, we positioned Poly Ai on the territory of understanding and the feeling of being understood. This allowed the brand to differentiate themselves on qualities beyond the product.
